Mirroring the trend of the Jackson Hole market, Teton Valley saw a 19.1 percent uptick in sold dollar volume for the first six months of this year compared to 2024. Of the $212.7M in sold dollar volume transacted through Q2, nearly $125M (or 58.6 percent) was generated through by approximately one-fifth of the total sales with a listing price in excess of $1M (or 57 properties of the total 264 year-to-date sales).
